Sales training: working with customers, purchase orders, post-sale service, claims and complaints, marketing support;
Presentation on Coswick coatings and adhesives;
Repair and restoration of hardwood floors (practical workshop). Disassembly of damaged planks. Repair of a worn-out finish: hardwax-oil, silk oil, two-color coatings;
